Obama to crack down on tax havens, closing corporate taxation loopholes

President Barack Obama said the administration will crack down on U.S. corporations “parking” overseas profit in tax havens to avoid repatriating the profit and paying tax on it, but he stopped short of eliminating deferral of foreign taxes altogether.
