1. Definitions 1.1 In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" means FinReg21, which is a trading name of FinReg21 LLC, (FinReg21) a Delaware Corporation. 1.2 FinReg21 LLC maintains a site on the Internet located at www.FinReg21.com, (the FinReg21 Site), that allows users and members to search and access articles, gather information, participate in community forums, and utilize online communications. 2. Web Site Access 2.1 FinReg21 is a commercial service, and offers varied levels of access to its site based upon the status of the user (i.e., visitor, registered member, profiled member, subscriber or any other level of membership to be identified.). User Name and Password 3.1 Upon registering with us, you are issued a user name and password, which must be used in order to access certain restricted parts of the Web site. Electronic documents purchased through FinReg21's document library are by nature deemed immediately delivered and non-returnable, or refundable. 6.2 Any dispute related to purchases of electronic documents may only be resolved by the issuance of credit in the full amount to be applied towards other purchases to be made on the FinReg21 Web site. Requests for credit must be made in writing to service@FinReg21.com and received within 5 business days of document purchase. Where a credit is issued, purchasers will have to affirm in writing that they have destroyed the original document and have not saved the document in any file format or in any electronic or print media. This is subject to all vendor copyright laws. 6.3 No refunds of purchases will be offered under any circumstances, unless there is evidence of a failure in the technology relating to the credit card payment system. It remains the sole discretion of FinReg21 to determine if the failure warrants a refund. 6.4 Any abuses of this policy as determined at the sole discretion of FinReg21 may lead to a denial of credit or complete termination of access to this service. 7.
